This 1929 yearbook, titled "The Torch", was issued to Albert "Bubbie" Bubb when he was a senior in high school. Included in the yearbook are pictures of the senior students, poems, and lists of their extracurricular activities.
These photographs, taken by a resident of Sunbury, document the 1936 flood that began on March 18. Parts of Sunbury were under fifteen feet of water and six-thousand citizens evacuated their homes.
On August 5, 1818, a deed was signed transferring 271 acres of Union County land from John App to Mathias App (and his wife Elizabeth). The land was purchased for $13,582.33.
