Description

Advertisement from the Selinsgrove Night Fair, which was held on the grounds where the Selinsgrove Speedway is currently located. The Night Fair started in 1942 and ran until the late 1960s.

This advertisement would have been in front of a "girls show," adult style attractions featuring dancing women. This particular advertisement was hand painted and is believed to have been used in the 1950s or 1960s. There would have been multiple paintings like this outside the tent to attract fairgoers.
