Description

This Lady Columbia Wound Certificate was awarded to Santo Germini after he was wounded in action and discharged from World War I. Santo Germini served as a private in Company M, 145th Infantry.

The certificate, a lithographic print, was designed by E. H. Blashfield in 1919. In the bottom right corner, the signature of President Woodrow Wilson can be found.
